Delivery - Outdoor Water Features 2u
For UK Mainland.
Water Feature Deliveries
Usually your water feature order will be dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm or the following day if ordered after 1pm or at the latest within 3 working days.
We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes and to Northern Ireland and Scotland.
The normal time you could expect to wait for delivery is 3-5 working days.
For some Scottish and Scottish Highlands Postcodes and postcodes outside our Delivery Zones there may be an extra surcharge you will be notified at Checkout.
We will attempt at all times to provide a quick and helpful delivery service on all items.
We state that all our products are in stock at the time of ordering but occasionally and at busy times of year an item may suddenly be out of stock, if this is the case you will be notified by telephone or email you will then be eligible for an immediate full refund .
Our standard minimum delivery charge is only £5.95 and you can order multiple items with no extra charge.
Furniture Deliveries
Our aim is to dispatch in stock furniture orders within 7 working days. Furniture deliveries can take 2-4 days after being dispatched.
Deliveries are normally undertaken through our experienced reliable delivery company and every effort is taken to ensure your furniture arrives with you safely and in perfect condition, so the packaging methods we use are second to none. Our delivery drivers are instructed to deliver to a hard standing surface by manual pallet truck and are not authorised to deliver to the rear of properties or into a house or above ground level flat or apartment. Please ensure you have supplied a contact number at time of ordering so the couriers can arrange a convenient time slot with you for delivery.
For furniture pre-orders for example if you have placed an order that is arriving in stock at a pre determined date please be aware that this date can sometimes change due to circumstances beyond our control such as customs and excise clearance and release at United Kingdom docking ports. If a docking date is given at time of ordering please allow 7-10 days either way for any hold ups that are out of our control.
We will always keep you updated of any delays or also if your order arrive earlier than first stated.
