Customer Services / Defective or Damaged Items / Returns Policy

Defective/Damaged items
Please email customer services with the order date item number and order number within 7 days of receipt on customerservices@outdoorwaterfeatures2u.co.uk for us to arrange exchange or refund.
The item must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt and in original packaging.
If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will replace the item or defective parts of equal quality for you.
If the replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the full amount of purchase and any delivery charges.
We do not issue a refund when personal defective damage is caused.
There are no exceptions. We do not refund any shipping charges unless the item arrives broken or damaged and you have informed us within 24 hrs.
It will be the customers responsibility to check the goods for any faults at the time of delivery and in the unfortunate event that the item is faulty or damaged,
then at that point please refuse delivery or sign to say the item is damaged.
Refunds will be issued only for items that have not been altered in any way and are returned to in its original condition and packaging.
If the item arrives and you have changed your mind and would like to return the item then a 15% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund.

Returns Policy
Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing.
All water features are guaranteed down to 0 degrees so during severe weather conditions it is vital that water features are taken indoors or covered over during this time to protect against frost damage.
Frost damage will void any guarantee offered so please ensure you protect your water feature from severe weather conditions by emptying water from the sump and covering over during winter months.
Cancelling an order
Your right to cancel an order - The law provides you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received your products, excluding bespoke products which are made to customers own requirements. If you wish to cancel an order e-mail customerservices@outdoorwaterfeatures2u.co.uk and quote your order reference number.
If you cancel your order and your item has been dispatched then carriage costs will become chargeable to the customer and return carriage costs will also be payable. Items under 25kg will be charged at £10.00 each way and over 25kg or pallet deliveries will be charged at the normal national pallet rate of 55.00 each way.
